Manufacture of custom-made machinery
We seek for new technical solutions for our partners' problems. We seek to optimise the design and manufacture of the required machines based on our site visits.
Design
Our creative approach is combined with exacting and high quality workmanship and striving for uncompromising precision.
We work out and design the custom machine required by our customer by 3D modelling. We then manufacture the machine after consultation with the customer, making any necessary adjustment, according to the exact individual specifications.
Cutting
We machine custom and serial parts with our 3 and 4 axis CNC turning and milling machines and at the customer's request we even mark them by laser engraving.
Our machines, optimised for custom manufacture, are operated by highly skilled and experienced technicians.
Tool manufacturing
We produce tools for several international automotive rubber hose manufacturers.
Besides the production of larger series of tools, most of our activity is dedicated to prototype manufacturing.
Based on drawings received from our customers we design and manufacture the required hot pressing tool.
We supply customers in the Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
